AUCKLAND
Arrival: Complimentary transfers between the Airport and Depot are available on demand by mini coach shuttle operated by transfer company, Breakaway.
For International Arrivals: Clients should use the telephone located immediately inside the Door 8 exit of the Terminal and phone Breakaway on Freephone 0800 776 699. They should advise Breakaway that they are United Vehicle Rentals clients and supply their name, number of persons and the Terminal of pick up.
They should then wait directly outside Door 8 for the shuttle bus which will be identified by United Campervans and Alpha Campervans logos. Clients will be taken directly to the United Vehicle Rentals Depot.
For Domestic Arrivals: Clients should phone Breakaway on Freephone 0800 776 699 on the phones available as follows:
Air New Zealand arrivals - use the phones located immediately inside the exit door closest to the baggage collection area of the Air New Zealand Terminal.
Qantas arrivals - use the phones located immediately outside the exit door to the Qantas Terminal.
They should advise Breakaway that they are United Vehicle Rentals clients and supply their name, number of persons and the Terminal of pick up. In both cases they should then wait directly outside Door 8 for the shuttle bus which will be identified by the United Campervans and Alpha Campervans logos. Clients will be taken directly to the United Vehicle Rentals Depot.
For arrivals from Auckland City and Airport hotels: Clients may use a taxi and will be reimbursed for the cost. United requests that clients use Discount Taxis, Telephone 529 1000. Clients must pay and obtain a receipt from the driver. The cost of the fare will then be reimbursed by United Vehicle Rentals on presentation of the receipt.
All departures: Complimentary transfers are available from the Depot to either the International or Domestic Terminal at Auckland Airport, and can be arranged by clients on termination of their hire.
Taxi transfers to other destinations can be arranged, but these are at the clients' own expense.
CHRISTCHURCH
Arrival: Complimentary transers are provided to the United Vehicle Rentals Depot from the Airport or Downtown City hotels. Clients must arrange their own taxi or Super Shuttle transport, and obtain a receipt from the driver to be presented to United Vehicle Rentals for reimbursement of the cost.
Departure: Complimentary transfers are not provided following termination of the hire, however United Vehicle Rentals will be happy to arrange a taxi for clients.
